This company is amazing. A person answers the phone, and gives expert advice. I was able to... schedule a same day appointment. The service person, Wesley , called to say he would be earlier than expected . He carefully assessed our situation and gave us options as our water heater was still functioning. We decided to replace the heater and pump as both were 16 years old , well beyond the 10-12 year life expectancy. The installation took 5 instead of 4 hours as a couple of glitches occurred, but Wesley kept us posted. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process.read more
